A Finance Company
A well-known foreign exchange trading platform saved thousands of labour hours and avoided human error for the finance department by automating clients' trading to accounting procedure.
The platform generates tens of thousands of transaction data every day, and the transactions need to be keyed into accounting system, however it is too time consuming for manual processing, and such process is prone to human error due to high similarity of each transaction data.
Our robot took over the most repetitive part of the task and reduced the daily processing time to 35 seconds.

A Hotel
Reducing reception tasks helped a struggling hotel in Melbourne CBD fringe to survive. The hotel receives high volume repetitive enquiries everyday regarding its innovated business model - long term apartment stay when there is no travellers, and many of the enquiries are outside their reception hours. The hotel designed a FAQ section on their website that hopefully each client could check before seeking manual assistance, however almost no customer reads it.
We developed a chatbot interacting with this client's website, the chatbot works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it saves staff time in answering basic and repetitive questions and enables them to focus on more serious customers.

A Business Service Agency
Improving service quality and speed is the first step on the automation journey for this business service agency. There is a large volume of jobs seasonally for this agency, the job requires the operations team to key raw data into templates, generate letters and email them out, and each batch takes about 2-3 days of manual effort to process. It decreased the agency's service speed for other customers and challenged its service quality as the process is prone to human error, especially when the volume is large.
We developed a software robot for this agency, to process the letters and emails based on certain rules, also redesigned the raw data structure by allowing their clients to input, so the process runs with minimum internal manual activities. Thus, the processing time of each batch was reduced from 2-3 days to 2-3 minutes without any errors.
